SNOW!

It's snowing here. They've had up to nine inches north of us. We barely have any accumulation, but it's the ambiance I love. Trees coated. Beautiful flakes. Dogs burying their noses in fluff. Time for the sweaters, coats, and boots.

I've learned a lot about spices to try for an anti-inflammatory diet. I'm also learning more about Ayurveda, including my body type and keeping a natural balance between the three types.

I've also started a new pet project - more about it when I release my first true blog post. If you're interested in exploring fear vs. love, I have a treat in store for you sometime before Halloween. It's not romance-related, but it's something dear to my heart, as are all of you.
