Foodie Resolutions
This is a variation on the New Year’s post from Tuesday. I made a couple of tangible purchases to help me eat better in 2018. No guarantees, but so far, they haven’t gone to waste.
First, I bought a microwave popcorn dish. It’s beautiful, and more important, it works! Eating fresh-popped, no additive popcorn reminds me of my childhood. (Thanks, Mom.)

Today, I’m trying out my microwave egg poacher. It didn’t tell me how long to cook the eggs. Do eggs burn in the microwave? I’m about to find out.

What new tools are you using to improve your life in 2018? Hit me up in the comments or on Facebook! I’ll need a distraction from editing.
