The Room Where it Happens

Another Saturday, another 36 oz of Mountain Dew. Shut up. It’s only the second one. It’s not as effective as the last one, and it tastes horrible. Yeah, not doing this again.

I’m listening to the soundtrack of Hamilton and writing. Finally, writing. I worked on chapter 4 of the YA novel while Lemur and our friends fished. 4th chapter, and only the first day of school.

I had a four-day work week, and it was the longest week I’ve had in a long time. I found the Hamilton soundtrack on Amazon Prime for free, so that made it better. Jonathon Groff is hilarious as King George. “Awesome. Wow.” Every time, I laugh out loud.
