Waiting

The best thing about housing my blog on Wix: I can share videos again!

This isn't the first time, nor will it be the last that I talk about waiting. I am an impatient person. I want this surgery over yesterday. I want to know if my outstanding projects will be picked up by my publisher, or if I'm going to waste away in obscurity. I hate working on lengthy work projects because they take FOREVER and I want them done already.

I'm also impatient with myself. When am I going to write this vampire short? It's a short story! I used to be able to knock those out in a couple of hours. I have so many ideas in my head, but none of them seem viable on paper. I'm fighting impostor syndrome and "I should be writing a novel" big-headedness at the same time.

So, that's me in a nutshell this week. How are you?
