I know I keep saying February is the cruelest month, but damn, when did May get so full of activities? I should know. I graduated the second weekend in May, got married the third weekend in May, and my birthday falls in the fourth week. Now, when trying to cram in other people’s expectations for May (weddings, graduations, Mother’s Day), I want to be like the chill Lemur and tell everyone to fuck off. What.

So, of course, I watched Buffy the Vampire Slayer‘s 6th season musical this morning, “Once More with Feeling.” First time this year, and it’s still my go-to when I’m stressed about social. I shouldn’t be stressed about socializing with family today, but when half are white supremacists (anyone who still supports Trump is either fascist or stupid, and I know they’re not stupid) and the other half just want everyone to get along, it’s hard to be the rainbow sheep.
